By working with CyberGate Studio, you agree to the following:

For Reels/Audition Taping/Headshots/other services where appropriate:

• The package details are pretty cut and dry so no one should be surprised, but if there is a grey area, you agree to pay the price the editor charges. (don't worry - you'll find we're very fair)
• Your Name and Reel will be posted on social media and potentially this website for marketing purposes. This is to benefit both us and you in terms of quality of work and exposure. We will not upload and share copyright or NDA materials included in audition taping clips without permission from the studio who owns it. We will, however, use the slate portion freely.
• A watermark will be placed on your Reel until payment has been received. 
• Your email address will be saved for marketing purposes. We promise we will not share/sell your data of any kind to anyone outside of what is specified in this document. The emails will be used for important news, details about your specific Reel, or promotions you'll hopefully want to take advantage of. You may unsubscribe at anytime by replying with "Unsubscribe".
• Once payment has been received and a Reel delivered without watermark, the sale is final. 
• Audition Taping and Audio Reels require full payment or an initial deposit before any content is delivered or uploaded. 
• All files gathered and related to your services will be archived for as long as possible for use in return visits. It will not be sold or distributed outside the previously mentioned marketing material. 

For Commercial Production or other camera work

• DP work requires payment before or at the time of filming unless editing services are also purchased. 
• Edited content will include a watermark until payment is rendered, at which time the watermark will be removed. 
• Your email address will be saved for important news, updates to your specific project, or promotions you'll hopefully want to take advantage of. You may unsubscribe at anytime by replying with "Unsubscribe".
• Once payment has been received and the watermark removed, the sale is final on editing services. 
• When NDA (if any) is lifted on the project, CyberGate Studio assumes the right to use any portion of the project files for marketing purposes unless otherwise specified and agreed upon by the client and DP/editor.
• All files related to the project will be archived for as long as possible for use in return visits or in the event of lost files on the client side. It will not be sold or distributed outside the previously mentioned marketing material. 
• You agree to allow for networking opportunities between the DP and other resources brought in for the project for potential future collaboration so long as it does not interfere with getting the current project done. Examples of "networking opportunities" include discussing future plans during down time, exchanging contact information, or bring/distribute CyberGate Studio marketing material on-site. Of course, the utmost professionalism will be maintained.
